Since a week ago we're members in the International Club of Shenyang. That's a nonprofit organization founded to help foreigners living in Shenyang. Because we're new here we thought it would be a perfect occasion to meet other expats so we went to the annual BBQ organized by them.
It was really a nice arrangement in Civic Moon ( a next door compound). Loads of funny things for the kids, cheerful people and mixed food from all over the world (with a touch of China though)
Unfortunately the kiddies weren't alert enough to stay all night so we had to leave (with our own car this time...yey!) at 7pm. But at that time here in Shenyang it's already dark, a bit cold and the Mosquitos are coming so it was almost alright to head home anyways.
